its divorce battle.
Kardashian and the basketball star ended their union after just 72 days
of marriage last Halloween (31Oct11) and they have been locked in a bitter war of words ever since, with Humphries filing for an annulment, and accusing the beauty of fraud, insisting their much-hyped nuptials were all
part of a publicity stunt to boost her earnings.
Negotiations have been stalled for months but the 31 year old, who has since moved on with rapper Kanye West, has now dragged the New Jersey Nets player's girlfriend of six months, Myla Sinanaj, into the case.
Humphries has been reportedly trying to hide their relationship to corroborate his defense that he was devastated by the marriage break-up and, according to TMZ.com, Kardashian's legal team is now asking Sinanaj to surrender texts and emails as evidence of her former husband's mental state.
Sinanaj's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, has accepted the court order on his client's behalf.
