KRIS HUMPHRIES ASKS JUDGE TO DISMISS EX-LOVER'S LAWSUIT
Tuesday, January 29, 2013 - Kim Kardashian's estranged husband Kris Humphries has asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit from a former lover who alleges she contracted a sexually-transmitted disease from the sportsman.
Kayla Goldberg filed a sexual battery and negligible transmission of a venereal disease lawsuit against the basketball star last August , claiming he infected her with genital herpes after they allegedly had unprotected
sex in 2010.
Humphries' legal team blasted the allegations, and now he has submitted medical test results in Los Angeles which purportedly prove he does not have
the virus.
Kardashian and Humphries wed in August 2011 before calling off the union 72 days later. They are still legally married, while she is expecting a child with rapper Kanye West.
