PIERCE BROSNAN'S REMINGTON STEELE HEADING BACK TO TV - REPORT

Thursday, October 10, 2013 - Pierce Brosnan's pre-007 TV private eye Remington Steele is heading back to

the small screen, according to online reports.

Bosses at U.S. network NBC are developing a half-hour comedy that will act as a sequel to the 1980s series.

The daughter of Brosnan's character will front the show and reopen the Remington Steele Detective Agency, according to Deadline.com.

The original Remington Steele had a five-year run on NBC from 1982 to 1987.
