Animated Stars Also Bring 3D Action to New In-Theater Campaign
(Los Angeles - November 9, 2010) - MovieTickets.com, the worldwide leader in advance movie ticketing, announces the debut of Rob Dyrdek's Wild Grinders Go to the Movies animated commercial alongside the wildly popular street skating toy line. MovieTickets.com previously collaborated with Dyrdek to create an entertaining adaptation of the "Fantasy Factory" staff racing throughout Hollywood to buy movie tickets. Wild Grinders, a Moonscoop production, is a new animated series developed with skateboarder, entrepreneur and reality TV star Rob Dyrdek.
The latest commercial follows Lil' Rob and the Wild Grinders skate crew as they head to the movies. The comedic approach depicts the most unlikely member of the crew having already bought their tickets in advance, leaving more time to do what they love most— skateboarding.
This is the first time that MovieTickets.com has used animation in their advertising campaigns.
