Dec 6, 2017 by: WENN
James Franco has confirmed he has signed on to play Multiple Man in a new X-Men spin-off.
Last month, it was reported the 127 Hours actor would star in and produce the project alongside Simon Kinberg, and on Tuesday, he revealed he had taken the part in the superhero film.
"It's my thing now, I just signed on to do this X-Men character named Multiple Man," he told Live! with Kelly. "It's not just twins, it's like 100 of me."
Multiple Man, aka Jamie Madrox, has the ability to clone himself. The character was first introduced as a comic book character in 1975 and he has been previously portrayed on the big screen by Eric Dane in 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand, which was written by Kinberg.
