I did not receive a confirmation email. How can I tell if my order was processed?

Log in to your MovieTickets.com account. You will be able to see ticket transactions from approximately the last three months in the “Order History” section. The “Order History” section details if there was a problem with the order and provides a link to re-print your confirmation page and print your tickets (if applicable).

You must be signed in to your account during the purchase process to retain your order history; the guest option will not retain your order history.
