Ticket Twosdays will allow eligible AT&T wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse, and AT&T Internet customers the opportunity to buy one movie ticket on Tuesdays and get the second one on AT&T*. Restrictions apply.

AMC, Cinemark and Regal are the participating theaters for Ticket Twosdays.

Q:  What types of movies are included in this offer?

A:  Ticket Twosdays includes one free ticket to a standard 2D movie on Tuesday with a purchase of a movie ticket of an equal or greater value. At this time, the offer excludes any premium showings (IMAX, 3D or other specialty showings).

Q:  Who is eligible for the offer?

A:  This offer is available to eligible AT&T postpaid wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse and AT&T Internet customers*  Restrictions apply – please see below. Customers can check eligibility by going to www.att.com/tickettwosdays.

Q: It looks like my AT&T promo code wasn't applied. What can I do?

A: Your previous MovieTickets.com session may be cached. Please delete your cookies and temporary internet files and access TicketTwosdays.ATT.com again.

Q: I didn't get my free ticket. What happened?

A: Your session may have expired. Please return to TicketTwosdays.ATT.com for re-authentication.

Q: I purchased tickets for the wrong Tuesday. Can I change my order?

A:  Some theaters may exchange your tickets on-site.  Please call ahead to check your theater’s specific policy.

Q: How do I change my showtimes?

A: To search for a different Tuesday or showtime, simply select a different date on the calendar icon. The number of days in advance that you can buy tickets for a movie varies by theater and by movie.

Q: What if my Regal Gift Card did not work properly?

A: Sorry, Regal Gift Cards are currently not available as a payment option.

Q: Why is my theater not listed?

A: This promotion is not offered at all of our theaters.  Some of the theaters that do ticket are AMC Theatres, Cinemark Theaters and Regal Cinemas.  However, we are continuing to add additional theaters, so please check back regularly.

Q: Why can't I see all showtimes when redeeming my AT&T promo code?

A: You will only see showtimes that qualify for the AT&T Ticket Twosday special offer.

Q: Why don't I see any theaters when redeeming my AT&T promo code?

A. It's possible there are no participating locations in youregalr area for this promotion. Try updating your zip code.

Q: Why can't I buy tickets to 3D and IMAX screenings?

A: This promotion is only available for standard 2D performances and does not apply to 3D, IMAX or PLF formats. If you wish to upgrade your tickets you must go to the theater prior to showtime for any upgrades or exchanges;  most likely you will need to pay the difference at the theater.

Q: Can I use a MovieTickets.com Gift Card?

A: Yes, MovieTickets.com Gift Cards can be used as payment for this promotion.

Q: Will convenience fees still be waived for AMC Stubs members?

A: Service fees are waived for AMC Stubs Premiere members with active membership cards. Service fees are also waived for AMC Insider members with active membership cards when purchasing four tickets or more. Your AMC Stubs Premiere or AMC Stubs number must be entered during your purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: There are no refunds for the AT&T Ticket Twosdays offer.

Q: How can I tell if my promo code was applied?

A: Your AT&T promo code is applied after you select tickets and click "Next Step." Your promo code will be visible as a line item in your order details.

Q: How do I pick up my tickets?

A: Instructions will be provided on ticket retrieval based on the selected redemption method. Generally, a confirmation number or the credit card used for the purchase can be used to retrieve tickets at the theater.

Q: Do I qualify for the AT&T promo code?

Q: Can I use my AT&T promo code for future Tuesdays?

A: Yes! Schedules are set by each individual theater, so check your location for future showtimes.  However, you must use your promo code within the redemption period.

Q: How long is my code valid?

A: Your AT&T promo code remains valid for six days from the time a verification code has been received from AT&T.

*Ticket Twosdays Eligibility: AT&T postpaid wireless (excludes data-only plans), DIRECTV (excludes DIRECTV NOW), U-verse TV and AT&T Internet customers (excludes DSL, Fixed Wireless Broadband and dial-up services) in good standing. Excludes Cricket and GoPhone customers, business accounts and AT&T employees. Buy one ticket for any Tuesday showing of a standard 2D movie at select theaters, get one of equal or lesser value free for the same movie. Limit one free ticket per account per week.
