How can I find out the status of my order and if my credit card was charged?

If your order was successful and your credit card was charged, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you don’t receive an email confirmation of your order, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-440-8457 or use our customer service form.

If you have an account, you may check your order history of the “My Account” page. Here you can view your ticket transactions from approximately the last 90 days. This section details if there was a problem with the order, provides a link to re-print your confirmation page and/or print your tickets (if applicable).
