Summary of Changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms

We want to share with you some great news and let you know about changes to our privacy policy and your continued use of the services. and its associated brands have joined the Fandango family. You can expect the same great service you have always received, plus some enhancements that you will see over the coming months.

As of May 25, 2018, we are moving the brands under Fandango’s privacy policy and many of its terms and policies. Here you can read about how your information will be collected, used and shared when you use any of the services. By continuing to use the services, you agree to the new Privacy Policy and Terms and Policies.

Here is how the Privacy Policy is changing:

  • Sharing Data with Our Owners. NBCUniversal is a majority owner, and Warner Bros. is a minority owner of Fandango.  This means your information will be received or collected by Fandango and Fandango’s Owners, NBCUniversal and Warner Bros., who will also process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Here is how the Terms of Use are changing:

The new Terms and Policies page contains links to our various policies. Please read each carefully, as some will apply to the brands and others do not. For example, the VIP+ Program Terms do not apply to users and the Ticket Policy contains separate provisions for Fandango and users.

  • We’ve updated our choice of law and forum provisions.  New York law now governs and New York, New York is the designated forum.
