13 Minutes
audience Reviews
, 59% Audience Score- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsoh how I wish this only lasted 13 minutes, saw this for the tornado and that was only 3 mins top, bad acting, boring and just plain simple
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was just awful. What should have been a great and terrifying action movie that seemed reminiscent of the 2014 Moore tornado, was haphazardly jammed with irrelevant social issues that make everyone groan. The movie should have been a PSA on being ready to face the worst. Instead it used the tornado as nothing more than an apocalyptic backdrop to social commentary that failed to deliver. So annoying and horrifyingly stereotypical.
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsSlow film, to much time setting up for not much of a pay off
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe movie is horrible. Came here to see Paz Vega since I’m also a Spaniard and instead what really caught my attention was the two boys and the final embrace at the end. Good scene, full of emotion.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI absolutely loved 13 minutes I see most of you didn’t like it at all but I loved it their was so much potential in this movies
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSave to say this movie was shite. Fast forwarded the first 45 minutes, solely introducing stereotype characters - otherwise I would’ve fallen asleep. Mediocre acting not supporting lengthy scenes with long shaky camera shots. Skipped through the second half as well, nothing remotely suspenseful. U could count the last 20 minutes as disaster documentary though…
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis was a solid movie on the family dynamics and the setup to get people acquainted with each of the families in the town that is hit by a massive tornado. It wasn't as good as something like Twister where a major disaster film is concerned on the aspect of the characters being invested in storm chasing but rather about how families and communities assaulted by mother nature's fury can work together to overcome it and what it looks like when a community is wiped to the ground by a destructive and unstoppable force.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIncredibly realistic, the most true-to-life portrayal of an EF5 tornado striking a small American town that I've ever seen, and filled with life-saving tornado safety advice at the same time. Deeply moving, a must-watch for any weather enthusiast.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe plot was very formulaic. Introduce a group of individuals whose lives intersect then put them all in a horrific situation in the last few minutes of the movie. This gives the script writers an entire movie to develop one dimensional caricatures designed to make a social statement. Did enjoy the cars under the overpass scene however.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe script was so-so. The acting was so-so. The religious undertones made it even worse.
