A very funny, laugh out loud film. A very serious, hard working French lady judge is pressured into going to her department's New Year Party. She gets drunk and finds out, six months later, that she is pregnant by a notorious criminal. Cue - lots of slapstick, world's most slap dash pathologist, cannibalism being defended by a lawyer with a lisp and a sort of rom com.

Something about the script, the casting, and the acting --it all just works and not in the least bit corny kind of way --I laughed and laughed. Recommend!!

The movie is a bit amusing but most of the people in it are portrayed as idiots. The best part that i loved was Jean DuJardin who was translating the news into sign language. Overall a below the average comedy.

Full of tired jokes and cliches, but still manages to entertain in parts. Another minus is that it's predictable throughout, but it's got a certain amount of French charm and humor that partially makes up for it. Not a total waste of time, no.
