Jennifer Coolidge's performance in this movie is immaculate

i know this is a 2000s staple movie but i cannot stand hilary duff in here. her voice annoys me and the whole film is just kinda dumb. Michael Chad Murray's character's only redeeming characteristic was that he's hot.

A magical story to enjoy and a great movie to watch! Don’t listen to the hater critics, they’ve just criticized so many things that they don’t know how to enjoy simple great film anymore. I love this movie, and you will, too!

Hilary Duff is an amazing actress. The movie has the whole package comedy, emotion, good acting… I mean what else do you need? The jokes are so fresh and Fiona is an iconic step mother.

Which Involves Wills and Things That May Not All Be Apart of The Pre-Numptual Agreement. And Possibly The Step-Mother/ Step-Children May Not Be Included In The Actual Will and Living Trust. The GREEDY: Step-Mothet and Step-Sisters Had Gotten A Taste of Their Own Medicine. After Treating This Guys Daughter With So Much Digust, And Contempt.

I am unashamed to say that I love this movie. It's a time capsule into the early 2000's in the best way. The Hilary Duff music is fantastic, Jennifer Coolidge is brilliant and there is an inexplicable charm to the whole movie. The biggest flaw is that you are expected to believe that Chad Michael Murray is that blind/dumb, while also being Mr. Poet. There are tender moments ("I'll Be"), laugh out loud moments ("If it isn't little Betty Crocker from the Hood") and picture perfect teen romance moments (The Final Football Scene). It's a movie geared toward kids, yet it is the definition of a guilty pleasure. Best Character: Fiona Best Quote: "Never let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game." - Sam's Dad Best Scene: "I'll Be" Best Song: "I'll Be" (Honorable mention to "Anywhere but Here", "Sympathy" and "Hear You Me")
