A Halloween Feast

I highly recommend giving this movie a watch—it’s definitely worth your time. A friend of mine suggested it might fall into the 'so bad it’s good' category, but I completely disagree. I actually think it’s a genuinely good film. While there are moments where the production feels a bit inconsistent—some scenes clearly had a bigger budget than others—the story held my attention from start to finish. I can’t stand boring movies, and this one never lost me. It kept me engaged throughout, which is what matters most!

This was fun and unpredictable, which for me, amounted to laughs about weird situations and unexpected inappropriate content most movies wouldn't even come close to because they all play way too safe these days... and a lot of mental exercise trying to figure out where this was going... not complaining. It's creative. Acting was good, overall entertaining... the bad: needed some better production design, wanted to see some characters more developed, could have been a bit shorter in the middle... low budget but delivers some better horror comedy than many known horror comedies that probably cost a lot more to make.

Wild plot with an incredible ending. It's become one of my favorite Halloween movies recently.

This movie’s trailer hooked me with its stunning cinematography and catchy music I still can't get out of my head! Lynn Lowry delivers one of her best performances, with great chemistry alongside Lou D'Amato that’s both sexy and a little blush-worthy. For a low-budget indie, it's packed with dark humor, bloody gore, and a fun vibe that doesn’t take itself too seriously — definitely worth the watch!

Branco's direction is impressive, especially in crafting a moody, claustrophobic atmosphere. The close-up shots, eerie lighting, and unsettling sound design build tension as the dinner spirals into chaos. The script also strikes a great balance of humor and horror, with sharp one-liners delivered even in the face of gruesome danger.

This movie is pure fantasy — it’s not meant to be taken seriously. If you just sit back and enjoy the ride without overthinking it, you’ll have a great time. I love how unpredictable it is; you never know where it’s headed!

My wife and I recently saw Halloween Feast and were very pleased with the movie. It has a wild and crazy plot with a finale that comes as a complete surprise This movie is filled with amazing actors who truly make the film. First, veteran Lynn Lowery gives a legendary performance in this film and is absolutely hilarious. Lou D'amato as Dr. Park is his usual funny self. Guile Branco does a brilliant job of directing while putting in a fine performance, too. The casting for this movie is truly perfect, and the actors do not disappoint. One of the best things about this movie, aside from it's catchy tune, is the surprise ending. I love how this film changes direction so many times where you think you know where it's going but ends up messing with your head over and over again, sending you into inevitable fits of laughter. Overall, this is a great movie with a ton of laughs and good bloody fun. If you’re looking for a pick-me-up or to laugh hysterically, this is undoubtedly the movie for you.

I will start by saying this is not a "Horror" flick at, all, so if that's what you are looking for you might be disappointed. It is a story and each character has one. It moves along pretty well and has, some pretty funny moments as well as a ton of bloody scenes.. I enjoyed the film and felt all the actors did a great job. Well done.. Branco should be very pleased with his directorial debut.
