I'll start with the fact that this is another super film adaptation of a popular game in the world, almost everything according to the canons of the game, graphics, battles and plot are at their best. First of all, this is a film for hardcore gamers. And so it is a wonderful, although more of a children's film, but a funny and cheerful film, I also recommend it to adults, after a hard day at work that's exactly what it is.

It's one of the most popular games currently available and maintains a large community among its most dedicated fans. That's why its leap to the big screen will be a huge commercial success and also a fun pastime to watch. The result is a decent movie, not a masterpiece, but quite entertaining and giving fans all the heart they needed. Directed by Jared Hess, it's a surprisingly well-made adaptation that, within the world it depicts, manages to be an adaptation that confronts us with a solid comedy, built with its own references, with that '80s touch and the absurd charm of those comedies from the early 2000s that, between the implausible and the human, gave you a refreshing moment in front of the screen. However, that's not enough to say that this adaptation is a completely well-rounded film, but it does have the advantage of being quite fun to watch and that keeps you connected to the screen at all times, spending a pleasant time with this group of characters. A big plus is the cast that has a good time on screen, especially Jason Momoa, who brings out his playful side, and Momoa's comic timing is particularly impeccable. Jack Black, meanwhile, is a great host who's impossible to hate and invites you to have a good time in this adventure called Minecraft. Parents will have more fun than expected with this film, while kids and Minecraft fans will be delighted to see their favorite game make its way to the big screen. That's the grand summary that defines the film. A great CGI work and a script that, despite being quite simple, presents us with a great lesson at the end. The director's indie side is a huge plus, giving the film its charm within the mainstream adaptation of this popular game. A fun movie that delivers on its own merits. It's not a great film, but it is a decent adaptation that ultimately delivers a simple, decent time-pass for those who aren't big fans of the video game, while for those who are, it's a moment they'll enjoy from beginning to end.
