A Working Man

He's what the 'real' James Bond would have been like. If only they had made 'The Stath' 007. He would have knocked spots off the others. Not debonair like Moore. Not suave like Connery. Not arrogant like the last fella with the wide face. Just real and edgy and rough. Jason Statham does exactly what it says on the tin as the star in a Working Man. He's a killing machine, out to avenge those who kidnapped his boss's daughter. And boy, you wouldn't want to be in anyone else's shoes but Statham's. You can feel the violence in him- even in the way he pours his hot black coffee from his thermos. This remarkable actor has still got that animal magnetism in spades. Watch The Godfather again with Marlon Brando and he's just a cuddly teddy-bear with cotton wool in his mouth compared to the lean and mean Statham, who operates and dishes out vengeance in his sleep. Less talk, more action. That's JS. I never get tired of watching any of his movies and this one is certainly no exception.

Boring and generic.

I think 99% of the budget went to Jason's salary (actually for him to humiliate himself in such a childish and silly movie). The director is definately a low IQ guy who wanted to create a "super cool" movie, but it's unbelievably stupid. And it's not just some scenes, it can be litterally felt in EVERY moment of the movie. I can't believe this movie actually went through, like how on earth....

Good film, entertaining and Jason is brutal 😎

He served his purpose to find the girl and he did. It's a movie 🎬 I enjoy watching Jason kick ass as another person says in another comment. I enjoy his serious demeanor and the expertise to commence forward. BRAVO 👏 JASON, THANK YOU FOR THE THRILL!!

what a blast. wish they add more of the opera music in the sequel.

Not as good as the beekeeper but very much the same copy and paste formula to bring together a serviceable Stratham action flick
