After I watched Super deluxe I immediately watched TK's first flick-Aaranya Kaandam. So I'm not gonna put any spoilers because I believe not many people have watched this film unfortunately. This film is so fricking underrated I loved every second of the film and in my opinion this film was way ahead of it's time, they should definitely re-release this film. Coming to performances , my god this film is another acting masterclass. The kid who played the role of Kodukapuli was really amazing, so were the rest of the supporting actors but a special mention to Sampath Raj as Pasupathy because he was fantastic! All the south industries type-casted him as the typical rowdy /gunda in films and are suppressing his talent. I feel like more film makers should use this Sampath. The plot of this film was pretty good I would say and the grey characters assisted the story pretty well. They say more the conflict better is the drama, this film is a living example of that because it is exactly that. The conflicts are tied up really well with all the characters. Technically this film was pretty amazing for the time it was made in, the chase sequences, the long takes were just AMAZING and the usage of silence to build the tension throughout the film. In conclusion Aaranya Kandam is a must-watch film which deserves our attention . Thyagaraja Kumararaja I LOVE YOU!

"the best thing about being a woman it's a man's world" Can't believe this is a debut movie of the director, such a complex interlinked story structure hard to write and hard to direct no wonder it banged two national award And another best is an unnecessary song and unnecessary character are not involved in the movie

It's a classic cult film. In this no dialogue of the film is wasted. If you are a classic thriller watcher go for it. Worth your time.
