Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

I enjoyed it and thought that it was a pretty great movie, people just don't like that it's about Abraham Lincoln, I thought it was pretty awesome.

This movie is pure fun. Epic and doesn't take itself too seriously.

I'll be honest this is not some deep cinematic master, and if you go into this movie with that mindset you're going to be disappointed. Instead, the best mindset to have when watching this movie is that you're watching a fun movie about Abraham Lincoln killing vampires.

This is like watching your friend get the girl at the bar, he kisses her on the parking lot, she agrees to a ride home with him, and then he vomits on her face. In other words, what a great fun ride it was until Abe became President. Then ish got serious, drawn-out, and depressing. I see what they were trying to do but chill, bro! Almost a great one.

The book is so much better. I can read it anyway. The movie over all wasn't too bad. It left a lot of things out from the book. Great fight scenes. The vampires looked very scary. I hope they make a movie of the prequel to the book.

Fantastic special effects considering it was 2012.

Not a bad fantasy horror film.

Despite the strange concept, I really enjoyed this movie! The cinematography was beautiful, the characters (even though based loosely on real people) were likeable and the twist on history was entertaining and interesting!
