There are many scenes that are well done. The friendship with his fathers army buddy is charming. But the court scenes add an element of melodrama that ruins the third act.

Sensibly directed and well-performed to the point of transcending the thematically depicted limitations, but insignificant as the revisited discourse doesn't offer a fresh insight through a coerced pairing's chemistry, which therefore minimizes the engagement due to the downplayed potential despite the charismatic participations. A beautiful movie with amazing actors.

An amazing movie filled with compassion and understanding. The cast was amazing. It was complicated, a bit tough but romantic in the core. Can watch again.

sweet movie about a man with Asperger's syndrome who falls in love

Opened my eyes to see a new world ( which might be living right next door to us)

Second viewing. Maybe not as good as first, but still reliable for some laughs, music and emotion.

A really touching romance with well played characters! Especially Hugh Dancy's acting of Adam Raki, which reminded me so much of people with Asperger's I know. Sadly the whole "Boy meets Girl" concept isn't very original, but nontheless it's interesting to watch and easy to enjoy!

good film until the ending

Dancy's portrayal of someone with Aspergers Syndrome is sensitively played. You do laugh how he takes things literally, but then realise that you probably shouldn't.
