Addams Family Values

A Classic they do not make Movies this Good anymore. Raul Julia is Epic Do not Underestimate Christina Ricci Show stealer yet again.

Hoi:) The humor is, as usual, dark and extra-absurd. That's precisely what makes it special. The characters have clearly recognizable characteristics and are still very different from each other. That also has a certain charm. There are some cool scenes where you initially think the characters will surprise you, for example, because they behave differently than usual. But then they're just like usual. This is precisely what makes the film's humor even more absurd. The over-the-top jokes definitely don't fall short. Overall, the film is worth watching. Not so ggod like the movie from 1991. But its a good movie.

Absolutely amazingly written sequel with out of this world performances and hilarious set pieces. So intelligent in places you will want to watch it over and over, Christina Ricci is INCREDIBLE as Wednesday.

los Addams siempre seran un clasico

Personally, I found this to be a huge improvement over the first film. The rapid-fire comedy and fast pacing comedy make this super entertaining. I also appreciate how even most of the “normal” people are crazy in their own way with a nice satirical mirror to make the Addams Family ironically look more oddly wholesome. It's very entertaining and a great Halloween cult classic.

Funniest movie ever made.

Of the two films I always remember this one first- another true camp film. I loved the kids getting more of a chance to shine at their summer camp and everything felt so natural with their interactions there. Obviously the hit here was Fester and his new beau Debbie (though the courtship before marriage was a bit of a forgettable set of scenes) and everything involving her was simply iconic. Her character was so well made and even though she was mental it made perfect sense for her to fit into the Addams clan. I truly wish they had continued on to make another movie after this but due to the death of Gomez's actor they couldn't. 10/10 back to back watch with the original.

I actually prefer this sequel to the original and I really enjoyed that one. All of the original Addams family cast members are back lead by the terrific Raul Julia and they don’t disappoint. Another enjoyable movie for the whole family.

A rare sequel that eclipses its already impressive predecessor, driven by sharper writing and Joan Cusack’s masterfully twisted, irresistibly campy performance.
