Anamika: The Untold Story

this is not usually the way i see movies... but u cant even complain about the low quality of the movie when u watch it even after knowing its true quality (or lack of it).... many of the scenes and situations of this rebecca ripoff fall in the completely ridiculous territory.. there's no attempt at redemption by the director as well as actors too in other scenes too...

From the director who has given a good thriller movie like Aksar and Aggar, Anamika is cheap and poor thriller that makes you wait till the end of the movie which you probably guessed in the middle. The story doesnt have any spice to it that the stars can show some talent. Castings were done ok. Dino Morea tried his best and does fit the character. Minissha Lamba was ok and Koena Mitra was better and did have something to show in the movie. Overall Anamika isnt something you are missing out. Songs were poor and story is very poor. Something u must have seen.

Its FRIGHTENING what the director could've done with the story (ahem...Rebecca) at hand... The only thing good about the movie is Minissha Lamba's honest portrayal of her character. Even my mad crush-Dino himself couldn't persuade me into giving this film a higher rating.

Just not captivating enough.
