- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars“Harley shines, the rest… not so much” – 2/5 Margot Robbie is once again the best part of the movie, she nails Harley Quinn every time, and her energy carries a lot of this film. But honestly, beyond her, there’s not much that worked for me. The story felt messy, and the supporting characters didn’t really leave an impression. It tries to be edgy and stylish, but ends up feeling kind of flat and all over the place. There are some cool action moments here and there, but overall, it just didn’t click. Margot deserved a better movie around her.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMargot Robbie is brilliant even if the film suffers from a simplistic plot. At least it wasn't worse than its predecessor [Suicide Squad]. All in all, it wasn't the disaster I was expecting it to be, but there's just nothing memorable about it.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsWhile Margot Robbie brings the Harley Quinn charm, sadly apart from Ewan McGregor nobody else really does in this attempt at a female empowerment film.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe movie is unapologeticly what it is, and I adore that. It has plenty feel good moments and good looking action scenes. If you liked Wednesday, you might enjoy Birds of Pray, with yours truly, Harley Quinn being absolute mood. With that being said, I can't overlook nonsense action scenes, clichee dailouge that even got lampshaded and nonsense plot progression. It has some unexpected depth with one villainous scene that made you completely despise King Pin who's delusional, and hurts others who made him feel bad about himself, but as soon as you say it out loud, it resemblances all empowerment scenes of Harley Quinn that feel good. Wasn't expecting such good of a prompt for self esteem essay. Also, "Birds of Prey" is such a great title, explicitly explored by singer character. The whole movie is visual spectical in vibe of "I'm sick and heartbroken of how men mistreat me, but I won't gave them satisfactions of admitting it, so I'll go on murder rampage instead" It is exactly what the title/synopsis promises, and it exactly what the movie delivers. If you're looking for more, you'll be dissopointed, but if 2 hours of getting feel good punchline in this vibe sound like good time, it might just be a movie for you. 4.5/10
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMargot Robbie is great. The rest of the movie is not. It had glimmers of something good, but nope. Truly unfortunate, I really like most of the comic characters. I think if you improve the story, the dialogue, the character dynamics, and overall feel of the film that it would be pretty good.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMargot Robbie's Harley Quinn is the best real life media representation of her ever done, pretty good movie although slightly unoriginal at times.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMargot Robbie once again brings home the bacon :), wild, fast paced, twisted, psycho, out of control and crazy plot that will keep you occupied and entertained constantly. Brilliant cinematography and screenplay. Glitz, sass, razor sharp tongue, attitude and everything Harley Quinn makes this unforgettable. Great stuff
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI didn't really find it that intriguing, but it was still really fun to watch and had a lot of great moments. I definitely recommend it for superhero and DC Comics fans!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNot a bad movie - but not good, everything is at a reasonable level.
