Blackwater Lane

Thought this looked ok I was actually going to rent it awhile back but was on SYFY this morning. I will be honest this is really just a horrible movie, the main character lady is very annoying and dumb almost as annoying as her phone ring tone. The plot, if you could call it that has been done at least a few hundred thousand times and I would wager this is one of the worst. This is one of those movies that I ended up watching just so I could make fun of it.

Great cinematography, picture, and sound. However, I really didn't know what I was watching; it was very slow, dull, and lacked any particular characteristics to engage the viewer. The lead actress was dreary, I had to check her bio to make sure it wasn't due to some disability. For the first time I rooted for the entity to take her.

This is not a good movie. It is terribly clunky, nothing makes sense, it doesn’t provide context, and the scenes jump all around. I do not recommend wasting your time.

Poor acting and predictable story line.

I really liked this and thought it was a very good psychological thriller with just the right amount of scares.

Gorgeous film. Great acting. Kept my attention. Exactly what I wanted for a rainy day. Perfect!

Watched it while decorating the tree and a cuppa. Loved it!

Don't listen to all the haters or maybe just one troll who's got too much time on their hands and a sad petty life - it's a good film.

watched with my boyfriend. we both liked it and he usually hates all the movies I like!

We loved it alot! Just enough twists and turns. Great Saturfday night movie
