Blood Brother

The movie's promise collapses under the weight of inconsistent characters and a generic, cliché-ridden plot.

"Blood Brother" is just a compendium of pulp clichés, with nothing to say about these characters or the worlds they inhabit.

Any self-respecting American would rather watch John Cena play a Rambo pastiche than watch Trey Songz do literally anything other than sing "Can't Help But Wait."

I'll be straight with you: this movie is awful.

Now that we know what Trey Songz can do in gritty cop thrillers, let's see what he can do in dramatic roles that challenge his range - I think he can do it.
