Sean William Scott was a heavily type-cast actor because of his roles in American Pie. When I first heard of this movie I fully expected it to be some raunchy comedy. I was wrong. The production was a lot better than expected and Sean's ability to do a 180 with his normal acting roles was absolutely amazing to see. Hell I'd give this film 100 stars.

Well done psychological thriller with a solid twist. It's about a sociopath who satisifes his urge to kill by focusing on folks who "deserve it." Reminds me of the character, Dexter in the show of the same name. Sean William Scott shows off some acting chops taking on a role very different from his usual.

The movie took awhile to build up. Ok for what it was. Not a bad ending. Just watch Dexter season 1-4 3*

The first season of BLOODLINE took unnecessarily forever to develop and get off the ground, finally something happened in the last 3 episodes; when the second season became a pretentious 50s housewives soap opera, I bailed ASAP.

Not bad, and I think the ending was a pretty good one, the one I had hoped for but was at times afraid it was going to go the total opposite direction. So, that was a good kind of surprise.

So eventually Stiffler become a father / counsellor / killer psycho? A very stiff acting performance from Sean William Scott

Evan is a social worker and first-time dad who is haunted by a past of childhood abuse. He decides to take vengeance on the fathers of the students he councils at a local high school. "Bloodline" explores the traumas of a man who perpetuates in the present the violence he was subjected to in the past by his own father. A man who is willing to protect his family at all costs! The movie resembles the famous "American Psycho".

Bloodline is a must watch! Sean William Scott did an absolutely amazing job in this role. It shows his true capability to play serious roles other than the obvious of what comes to everyone's mind when they think of him, which would be "Stifler." It's one of my new favorites.

Unnecessary opening and an unjust ending for such a thoughtful opening and build.

Sure, on the surface it may feel a bit like a Dexter knockoff, but it really has its own dark identity to stand apart. It's a visceral and intense little thriller with a great, unnerving performance from Scott.
