Barely better than the original, I thought the film did a decent job at showing the racial prejudices that still exist today. They changed Candyman's origin, which is OK, but the ending was awful, just like the original's.

Trippy, fun to watch but a little short.

Candyman 2021 is a little disappointing. It's better then Candyman 2 and 3, but that's not saying much. If you're in the mood for a Candyman movie, just watch the original. This one just felt rushed. Definitely could of used more Tony Todd

Scary film in a disgusting way. If you like body horror, give it a try, maybe?

Meh! Found this very boring. Nothing new. Just same old tropes. I actually nodded off a few times.

It brought back the same fears I had of this creature from my childhood and completed the story.

Honestly, when I watched the movie, beyond 10 minutes I was getting me sleepy. Like, it's boring! I don't like it. Don't breath 2 was too much better!

This movie is great. Sound design, music, every shoot is a picture and so on... It's not classic white horror with bitches screaming and dummy killings, this movie has a purpose

Candyman is an enjoyable movie that has some fascinating callbacks to the original. More than that, it also happens to build upon the lore that the previous movies have set in place. Yahya Abdul-Mateen has some serious star power and he shows in this movie that he can definitely play the lead in big budget films.
