Code Name Banshee

Took me 25min to watch the entire movie. I did watch the first 15min to get the plot, fast forward..watched a few more minutes, fast forward..figured out the ending. Went to the end to discover I was right & now here I am rating it. Tommy Flanagan did a great job acting as usual BUT he wasn't the main star. So it easy to say this movie sucked. 🎬

Glad I skipped around through the film. I don't know what's worse. Horror meant to be scary or horror meant to be funny.

Wasted talented portrayal of main Bandaras and Lie characters. Lots of gunfire and killing of bad guys.Main villian is killed in the end..at least justice is served Bullet style.

I found the movie to be slow moving at the beginning and it took too much time to explain things that were not relevant to the overall story. Over half the picture was very slow moving. The action was great when it started, but it took way to long to get there. Overall it is worth a watch to pass the time.

Pretty good mid budget action film. If you like Antonio B and Tommy F, you're probably going to like this film. Nice effects with the blood FX.

F the critics! This is a pretty good movie if you're into action films.

Classic shoot em up fare with some a list talent.

You have to suspend disbelief pretty far, but it's an entertaining film.

I thought this movie was great. It's an action movie, for sure but it's done in such an intelligent way. The pace feels natural at a 1 or a 10 (or 11 or 12). The dialogue isn't cheesy or over dramatic (for an action move). The cliche storyline is done slowly, calm at times, dynamic at times, incomplete at times. All in a generally intelligent and successful way. Protagonists are likable. Tons of dead henchmen. Her hand trembles holding her gun before she engages in precision violence and I love that.
