This movie should be compulsory viewing for all mangers and HR professionals. I saw it as a thought-provoking take on how an autistic person experiences the workplace, how they interpret feedback, sensory concerns… it showed how limited others can be with taking a beat to see what someone else is seeing. If he is not engaged in a conversation, he does not feel the need to speak. If he is challenged with his work and feels engaged doing it, he will be able to do high quality output once left to his own devices - without sensory distractions that coworkers can bring. Let’s trust our fellow humans a little more, take the time to seek to understand, support ones other to be our best. Gosh, it really gives you a lot to think about, if you take the time to. Please give this movie a go!

I suffer from insomnia. But this movie was so boring and bad that I fell asleep watching it. An absolute remedy!

An absolute masterclass, only fitting that it would receive bad reviews.

The imagery is gorgeous, the score hits just the right tone, the pacing is good, and the story had some lovely surreal twists. John Hamm is wonderful as always and, being an office worker myself, I may have related a little too hard to this one! It’s cinematic comfort food.

Ham is brilliant. The bleak and isolated mood (snow and ice outside too) is super effective. It’s not a mainstream hit, it’s too good. The voice over of a madman is hilarious.

A cleverly written movie, the less expensive cousin of Fight Club, Well worth a watch, and then a long discussion with friends over several drinks

One of the weirdest and satirical movies I have watched. It is quite peculiar, I don't think most people will understand what this movie is, I can that some people won't get it. But I really enjoyed it, definitely one of my favourite movies, it somehow in a peculiar way kept me intrigued the entire time.

A must see if your bored of car chases, shooting and CGI. This is more mysterious and well done with an interesting main character. Probably deserves 4 stars but because goes against modern generic trash movies and to componsate for folk trashing it in reviews I unofraded it. Only problem was that the ending was.....

The movie for people who love sharpening pencils and seeing how straight they can get a paperclip. It moves along at a crawl and nothing of consequence really happens. On the positive side the acting is very good and the production quality is high.
