10/10! O amor verdadeiro exige coragem, perdão, vulnerabilidade e, acima de tudo, autenticidade.

Steve Carrel, Julianne Moore, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone star in this romantic comedy. The amount of entanglements on this movie are too many not to spoil it. This movie came up as a romantic recommendation on Netflix and we put it on. I loved it! It’s so heartwarming and funny. It has become one of my favorites 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿/5 on Netflix

Some of the messages are less than good, but if you can get past them, this is a charming, funny, and surprisingly deep movie.

Of the three words of this title, only stupid is thr best descriptor unfortunately. It’s talented cast can’t make up for it’s pointless, predictable and inane (i.e. stupid) script.

It might be the most enjoyable rom-com of all time. Incredible cast, every character is so dang adorable and the direction is seemingly flawless. It’s a must watch for anybody with a pulse haha

First of all this movie has an amazing cast and Steve Carrel and Ryan Gosling work really well together. Very funny and sweet at the same time. Story takes a hit near the end but overall it is still very enjoyable. Worth watching.

With a pitch-perfect cast, superb mix of romance and comedy and a surprisingly clever script, Crazy, Stupid, Love does have some aspects that could have been sharpened further, but this is a romcom that stays engaging throughout mostly due to some actual substance within its story and characters that are interesting to watch.

I don’t understand why people enjoy this movie so much. I guess the casting but it’s just so contrived. If your wife cheats on you that’s it. Don’t go back. Keep your kids close but that’s irredeemable and unforgivable and she’s suddenly mad when he adopts the same philosophy. Ryan gosling is probably the only character that grows. He goes from being a player to seeing how hollow sleeping around is. He’s like a reverse hitch that Vance from hitch would actually want to learn from whereas hitch actually tried to create the opportunity for people who actually wanted relationships. Ryan’s character realizes it’s empty and wants to settle down because he finds out what actually matters and Steve’s character would really never be able to accept his daughter marrying a guy he’s seen take dozens of women home in the short time he’s known him. That’s his daughter and it’s disgusting knowing she’d be with a guy like that but I guess he accepts it when he realizes what he’s done and still wants to be back with his wife which he should’ve never gotten back with. Stay together for the kids I guess. The son’s character is disposable and really sad, it should’ve been removed from the movie but I guess they wanted the teen audience to buy tickets too. The kid actually thinking he had a real shot with that girl at that time in his life is just weird but I guess relatable to a few. You should just try when you’re older and have something to offer before you try to get an older girl. I dated an older girl in high school but only because she was into me and if I’d sensed any resistance I would’ve backed off because it would be in vane. The girl was clearly not interested and his attempts were futile and embarrassing and him being upset at his father was just stupid. Essentially the son took himself too seriously and thought he was an adult when he’s still a child. I guess that was the goal of the movie but it spends the first half glorifying certain behaviors and the latter half displaying why those behaviors are bad and lead to bad things. If the story was tweaked I could see this movie working better but Emma stone is marrying the guy out of spite essentially because the Josh groban character was too career focused or something and that’s just a strange way to chose your spouse. “We’re gonna bang!” Their first date is cute and goes well but the fact that it started because she just wanted an easy lay out of spite makes it come off strange and it gets glossed over because it’s Ryan gosling and he’s not an average Joe. I know so many people that like this movie but it just bothered me.

Crazy Stupid Love is the perfect definition of a romantic comedy and for sure a great comfort movie. The film is protagonized by Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling (a great duo), Emma Stone, Julianne Moore, Kevin Bacon and more. They all share a lot of quemistry and the film is funny and enjoyable all the way through.
