This movie was not very good. Great acting from James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender. Everything else was...just ok.

Yes, this movie is definitely worth a watch, CGI was mouthwatering and story was twisted but intense. One thing is I don’t like how there is 6 X Men films, I think 4 or 3 would’ve done well.

Although there is some great acting from Magneto and Xavier, they can’t carry the film. The timeline doesn’t work with the ending of dofp and I think I wasted 2 hours watching nothing happen

Just when I thought The Last Stand was the worst X-Men movie, they go ahead and make this. The plot was boring and there were a lot of moments that didn't make any sense. I can't say watching this movie would do the X-Men universe justice.

Ok umm I’m a little confused with this movie I don’t really understand it to be honest and it was all just bland not all of it but yeah I don’t know what to say about this movie

I truly don't understand the hate for this movie. It is one of the best X-Men movies. The story, music, special effects were awesome! I'm so upset this bombed. The end of a great series.

Not one of the greatest x-men movies. Fox didn't put much thought into the story line. It had it's moments but fell short. Worth a watch if your an x-men fan but definitely at the low end of the saga.

The Dark Phoenix movie is known to be the worst X-Men film of them all, nearly unanimously. However, I think I disagree personally. It is not a bad movie, but it is ultimately pointless, done a million times, and could have been a lot better overall if the story worked as it should. Most of the fighting sequences were great and exciting and the lovely Michael Fassbender was a huge positive in this movie. Even then, it feels like they did not do anything new with Magneto here and threw him into the pot because they felt they had to. The plot was very messy, character growths were sort of obliterated in silly ways, and Xavier was uncharacteristically naive for the year this was supposed to be in (and for all Wolverine told him in DoFP.) Overall, I do wish this movie had never been made, it feels like a stain on the X-Men prequel timeline, but it had its moments of fun and excitement.
