Daylight's End

Good horror action post apocalyptic survival movie and quite underrated one ! It features something between zombies and vampires ! Those things are fast, bloodthirsty and combust on the sun within few seconds !

There are some amazing post apocalypse films with high production content (Silo, Fallout) and then some with great writing at least for a while (Walking Dead for a bit). This show isn't really either of those, but it's seriously not bad. In a genre where garbage acting, bad effects, and mid school writing is normal this was a refreshingly decent film. Amazing? No. Worth watching for fans of the genre? Absolutely.

Surprisingly good end of times zombie thriller. Kept me interested till the end.. Worth the watch!

good action movie to pass the time....recommend "Sinners and Saints" as much better

Fast moving zombies or vampires? Although it is not clear the nature of the creatures in this post apocalyptic movie, "Daylight's End" punches action enough to keep you entertained until the credits roll.

Misremembered, thought this was Daybreakers... Turned out to be about average for a cheesy B movie. Rough start though with bad camera work, editing and gun sounds leading into the first shootout that broke any chance at immersion. It sounds like the director is known for it, but the action scenes actually track pretty well somehow, despite the inconsistencies shot to shot for all the dialogue and transitional scenes. There could be some great low budget films if he focused on being a gun fight choreographer. Instead his IMDB has him sticking with a writer who focuses solely on the rule of cool in being an operator. Was pleasantly surprised most of the cast actually had pretty solid performances.

Low budget, bad acting, pointless shooting and annoying sound effects all combine for a zombified bowl of crap-soup

Story is standard run of the mill mad max affair, it is enjoyable to watch. Here's where I give it four stars is the tactical training and usage of honourable warriors vs victims vs evil scum. It truly unrivaled when it show's real cqb combat, for you commies there's a legit real spetznaz operator in there and, for Patriots you have one of our operators being a bad guy lol. So in these divisive times we get a movie showing real cqb working together torward a common goal... crushing vampzombies what better purpose to bring us back together than that lol.

What it lacks in character arc it makes up for in action thrills. Fun undead movie for genre fans, certainly
