Great Movie! Best of this series

Feel embarrassed and humiliated. Apparently the writer wants to get some tickets from the dark age of Chinese history but he’s doing it in a very wrong way. Characters are like cartoons, everyone seems to change their minds without solid grounds. The murder case is like a 10 yo’s joke. Trying to do fast paced but the plot is broken. Too many moments asking wtf, and you walk out the theater like a clown. Luckily not a crowded room, so one star there is.

As a non-Chinese American it was a fun murder-mystery comedy set in the adversity Chinese-Americans faced. Fantastic period history education in the background.

This is the best movie I've seen this year, though I've only watched five others. It's not perfect, as it tries to balance dramatic moments with comedy, and sometimes it feels off. The message should resonate with all non-white immigrants, refugees, and descendants of slavery.

Some fun moments but way too long and overstuffed, juggling too many plots and characters.

Great story! Lots of fun to watch! Good setup about the Chinese American history and Chinatown. The actors are awesome! Love Chow Yun-fat's act.

It's a funny movie, but sometimes it makes you cry.
