Dracula: Dead and Loving It

Another disappointment for Nielson fans. Appears to have promise, but is incredibly boring and devoid of charm. Big thumbs down.

The worst of all The Mel Brooks films. The only scary thing about it is how a cast this good couldn't make anyone laugh.

Expected more from Brooks and Nielson. Lame and boring

I somehow feel as if Mel Brooks being this films director led to the negative reviews. Obviously it’s not his best movie or whatever but if this was someone else’s movie it would likely have a high rating. Which is a strange problem to have, cause it means you’re great at your job but struggle to deliver in your later years. So Charlie Chaplin basically. 3/5 stars. This film was a good time.

Weirdly its a better straightforward Dracula adaptation than it is a comedy. Despite a few funny bits here and there the humor mostly falls flat.

i love leslie nielsen but this is terrible it wasn't funny hardly at all its like they didn't even try to make it funny not even in a dumb parody way

It is just a masterpiece!

This is one of my absolute favourite childhood films! Yes it's cheesy, yes it's silly, yes it's slapstick. But sometimes that's what you need in a movie and that's what make it still one of my go to movies. It's also refreshing to watch a comedy that doesn't rely heavily on cringe humour or embarrassment. I definitely recommend this if you're a fan of Mel Brooks, Leslie Nielsen, or vampire movies.

filme fraco, nem com o leslie nielsen o filme é bom, o roteiro é ruim, o elenco é péssimo, nem um pouco engraçado. eu não recomendo esse filme, acho que é o filme mais fraco do mel brooks.
