Dragonball: Evolution

Best Comedy movie ever exists.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Many people in the Dragon Ball intellectual community will tell you that this movie is not good. I, however, disagree. Dragonball: Evolution is peak cinema. Goku's acting is fantastic, and this movie shows the viewer a simple, easy to understand, westernized version of the original Dragonball saga. In my eyes, this cinematic masterpiece is genuinely on par (if not superior to) Star Wars. Please check out the director's other films, they're great.

As I watched, I couldn't help but feel a sense of disappointment wash over me. The attempt to bring one of my favorite anime to life on the big screen fell short in every aspect. From the weak plot to the lackluster performances, it felt like a pale imitation of the vibrant world I knew and loved. Even as a die-hard fan of Dragon Ball, I struggled to find anything redeeming in this cinematic letdown.

This movie is the worst thing that i've ever seen in my life.

Whatever this movie was...it was NOT dragonball. The characters were similar in name only and only a vague shadow of the original story. The replacement story was shallow, boring, unnecessary and an insult to the fans of the original series. I really don't know what the director was thinking, but man did he do a bad job here.

I could write a better dragon ball movie than this pile of bullshit, the people that made this movie have committed a war crime with the dragon ball community and we are coming after you piccolo looks nothing like a nemakian he looks more like something from a cheap star trek knock off and I think the movie would have been so much better if Vegeta was in it and frieza was the villain an they actually had costumes for the characters instead of regular clothes

My son enjoyed it. He loves Dragon ball and he is 10. I did a bit less. I thought the movie was unexciting. I thought the plot took the best out of the original story and made it all very rushed and messy. The actors were quite flat, but it is not hard to imagine that with such unarticulated story telling it is hard to make the best acting ever. The core elements are all present, but it feels like they are put all together in a fruit salad, instead of managing to make something worth watching.
