You would think this movie would be really good by the trailer. Wrong. It looked so funny, but the majority of it was just sad and depressing. They could’ve made it so much more enjoyable but it just didn’t work. This movie could’ve been really great. I’m not saying they can’t have the sad parts, but they made majority of it depressing, and it was pretty disappointing.

Starts strong but becomes increasingly bizarre and ends without any real resolution.

Please give me an hour and a half of my life back. This was a complete waste of time. I am blacklisting Ari Aster. Any movie made by it will never be watched by me. There was no point to the movie. The "humor" was fart jokes and extremely awkward and unlikable main character. I guess if you like random horror, cringe, and suspense this is your movie. Zero stars. Unlikable character, unrealisticly bad choices to a fun premise, disparaging humor, no conclusion, no story worth it's salt.

Definitely one of the most bizarre movies I have ever watched, but this movie was compelling from start to finish. The story was great and the acting was phenomenal. I definitely recommend it for sci-fi and drama fans!

I got bored, which is never a good sign. I had hoped to connect to the characters but I never really did. When that was failing, I was just hoping for some answers which never came. I thought it was well made and the story was fine but that's about it
