Easy

Jamie (Marguerite Moreau) is a young woman paid to assess unusual consumer products and name them accordingly for marketing purposes. Unfortunately for Jamie, she is unable to assess her own life in the same objective manner. Seemingly unable to differentiate between love and sex, she commits to a vow of celibacy to help define her view on relationships. While Easy is similar in many ways to other films in the rom-com genre, what separates it from the pack is the magnetic performance of Moreau, who absolutely radiates in every scene, making her character vulnerable, relatable and likeable despite her considerable flaws. Complimented by a bevy of interesting supporting characters and dialogue that feels real throughout, Easy is a movie filled with heartbreak, laughter and insight.

Easy is not a chick flick, it might seem like it but its not, and its not your standard followed a roommate comedy. Easy is the film all these high around movies aspire to be smart, funny , sexy, appealing to both sexes, Easy is a funny , emotional, sexy movie for thinking adults. As that being said for this being a sold film, That captures what a young adult would in this type of situation, and for the leading actress being really convincing, I give " Easy " a solid C.

Marguerite Moreau shines in this independent romance-dramedy a relaxing atmosphere combined with smooth music and real drama a woman thinks that love is very easy but when she chooses the celibate life things start to crumble and unravel her sister played by 'Bones' star Emily Deschanel gives a remarkably powerhouse performance you can see where Jamie and her family are struggling to get through this movie though still has a lot of problems when it comes to the characters and their decisions, stupid, reckless and idiotic aside from all that the film says love is never easy, sex might seem easy but can take a strain, and one person's choice is still somewhat difficult it's a pretty good time-waster

The acting is pretty decent and the story moves along pretty well. I felt myself really caring about what was going to happen to the main characters and if things would work out for them.
