Great movie ! Must watch !

Beautiful animation and good character design but the writing and the story feels familiar including the musical score which sounds familiar as well and the jokes are hit and missed but good voice actors.

Beyoncé Knowles is for real as a Queen voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And in real life in 1 hour and 43 minutes.

Even though the story isn't epic it's still a good, underrated film

People can find this epic, & this movie does have a wierd title, but it is ever so enjoyable. The casting was beautiful, to have Amanda Seyfried, Colin Farrell, Christopher Waltz & Beyonce really fitting their roles. With also great characters, a hot Leafman who stands out, his master, MK exploring that amazing world, an inventive father, 2 comic reliefs that are a snail & a slug & a villain who wants to destroy it to avenge his son (it is great to know why they are villainous The concept is rather fun as well, noticing nature is a society of humanoid plants & the late queen of Moonha Ven who controlled & protected their home. This also includes a well fitting soundtrack done by Danny Elfman (who composed The Nightmare Before Christmas & formerly the Simpsons) he is some of the great composers. In addition, I like it when Bomba thinks Leafmen helmets are Acorn helmets (could this be referencing Scrat/Ice Age?)

Meh seems to be the agreed upon opinion of this movie, it isn't good, but it isn't bad, lol. It has a neat story that which has been done before in similar fashion in other movies, but there are a few unique ideas sprinkled throughout, overall, the movie wasn't exciting enough, or funny enough, or cool enough, it just seemed like it was short of being something good in every way shape & form.

Everyone who talks smack about this masterpiece, must be thrown into a casket immediately. This movie is a wonderful piece of art that should only be watched in heaven. Only the pure should be able to witness such media, to whoever is reading this review and happens to dislike epic. I will find you. and I will make the ring of fire be shaken in such way that an earthquake and tsunami will come to your home, and extinguish everyone you know and love. Kind regards to people that love this movie.

3 Stars only for the beyonce fairy queen lady who dies 30 minutes into the film.
