Evil Dead Rise

I like the shots and the acting, everything else was a bit mediocre for my taste.

I THOUGHT ONCE I CLICKED ON THIS MOVIE IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD AND NOW IT JUST GOT ME ANGRY!!!!!!!! I REVIEWD THIS MOVIE ON GOOGLE WHILST SEARCHING BEST HORROR MOVIES AND NOW I CAN SAFELY SAY!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST MOVIE THAT HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED TO ME BY GOOGLE WHO EVER WANTS TO WATCH THIS MOVIE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU!!!!!!

I've never seen a more pathetic horror film than this.

Boring, lazy writing, bad acting (not recommended)

It was good. If you are looking for a classical American dumb horror movie, you’ll have a good time. If you are looking for a timeless masterpiece, you’ll walk out disappointed. Take it for what it is.

Confesso não ter assistido os primeiros filmes da franquia, então posso ter perdido referências e ficado por fora da história entre os filmes, mesmo assim eu considero um ótimo filme, o diretor acerta muito na maneira que as cenas são filmadas, a cena do olho mágico é incrível, a trama do filme corre bem e ainda consegue inovar em alguns pontos, assim nos não conseguimos prever sempre o que irá acontecer. O filme investe em um terror bem exagerado e violento e isso rende cenas realmente arrepiantes e que dão agonia ao ver.

This is just a gore movie. Can’t say there was anything scary about it. You knew whenever something was about to happen. Had a really boring time watching this and just a waste of time. 0/10 would not recommend

First thing to talk about in a horror movie is its ability to evoke fear for which this film mainly relies on its gore elements, while there are some good scares it felt more like a film I cannot watch while snacking rather than a horror film. Performances by most actors were stale other than Sutherland but out of them all Morgan Davies disappoints you the most, he maintains a singular expression throughout the film and constantly makes you conscious about the fact that he is not even trying to act. What I could appreciate about this film is that it is not the traditional story about a possession, the demon appears to be vicious while being mischievous. Through the last part it felt more like a gory violent cinema rather than a horror movie. Could have been a way better movie

Took a while for the remake sequel to come out, but it was right up there with the rest of the evil dead series. Loved all the gory blood.

Watch if blood is all you want. If you want to be scared, Barbie is a scarier movie.
