Fifty Shades Darker
audience Reviews
, 48% Audience Score- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars'Fifty Shades Darker' is a surprise small improvement on its predecessor, though admittedly not anything worthy of describing as good. It felt like this one had a touch more meat on the bones, it's slightly more digestible anyway; if ignoring events last time out. The film does take the cheap way out mind you, focusing on two 'worse' characters which allows you to look past the iffy questions regarding the leading pair's relationship. I didn't cringe as much for this 2017 flick, which is a decent sign that I had a marginal better time. Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan remain a fine pair as actors, I don't have anything against those two to be honest. The side of the story involving Bella Heathcote's character did honestly interest me a little bit early on, of course it doesn't end up delivering but still. Now to see if 'Fifty Shades Freed' continued the upward trajectory (x = doubt).
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsAmo la película, las escenas, la actuación todo es precioso
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRomantic and sexy. I couldn't ask for more. Took me long enough to get the courage to watch it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★The masquerade was so iconic★ Acting perfect♥︎
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsA viewer who likes the first film would enjoy the second. Christian’s sacrifice of his former life for true love, rather than lust is a remarkable changing dynamic for the character making this worth a watch.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA critic once remarked, "If the first movie wasn’t good, the second will be the great one." Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Instead of improving, the sequel took a turn for the worse. While there was noticeably less humping, the storyline, which initially seemed promising, failed to deliver the depth and engagement audiences hoped for. Just as the plot appeared to gain traction, the familiar themes of BDSM and over-the-top intimate scenes made their way back into the spotlight, overshadowing any meaningful development. What could have been a chance to redeem the series and explore more complex character arcs was instead reduced to a repetition of its predecessor's most criticized elements.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot remotely as bitter of a plot as I was expecting but a lot more boring.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOne of my favorite movies to watch that I feel the need to watch on repeat, When you watch one movie, you need to watch the rest. Best movie I’ve ever watched
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSill enough to not be the worst, the constrained time period doesn't really leave room for any character development.
