What has happened with Fukrey 3 is what happens with most successful franchises. Once the initial films are successful, the producers keep expanding the series to cater to an existing audience and milking it for money.

Fukrey 3 is one of the best entertainers of 2023 with ample laughters, hilarious punches and an important social message.

The makers get so confident at their ability to create mayhem that they prepare the way for a fourth Fukrey film. Cut off their supply immediately and flush it down the toilet.

At 150 minutes, Fukrey 3 is fast-paced, keeps you invested not as much in the story as it does in the characters. Everything unfolding onscreen is funny for obvious reasons.

The film will often make you laugh, especially if you are a fan of out-and-out slapstick comedies. But the muddled-up storyline and how the events pan out leave much to be desired. That being said, it’s a decent one-time watch.

Pulkit Samrat and Manjot Singh are reduced to glorified bystanders. Richa Chadha goes through the motions in a manner of somebody who has had enough of the increasingly repetitious rigmarole.

The mental age of Fukrey 3's humour is the same as the ones who titter at number one-number two jokes. And this one certainly has more loo than laughs on its mind.
