G20
audience Reviews
, 46% Audience Score- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsI really wanted to like this more, Viola Davis tries so hard to make G20 work but it’s just so uninteresting. G20 is everything that is wrong with straight to streaming movies. Lots of star power with actors that we know can act, with little to no substance. We know Antony Starr can play a complex 3 dimensional villain, and still the writers and director gave us whatever this character was.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHusband chose this movie and it was very enjoyable although tense to watch. Viola Davis rocks this starring as the combat-trained President who not only survives international hostage taking by terrorists but saves her family and other workers at risk. She leaves no one behind! Great production, great script, great photography. Wish I could watch a movie this good 5 nights a week
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsViola Davis and my man that plays Will Trent, had the best on screen chemistry! It was a little gimmickey with the terrorist take over and the president being a target but with the actors and actresses they picked they made every scene intense and entertaining from the start! Normally I would skip over action movies like this but it was so good I had to come on here and cancel out the haters!! Every person in this movie was exceptional 10 outta 10 cast! They could recast everyone and play in any movie and I know it will be great!! Love love love!! Don't listen to the critics you won't be disappointed!!
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA disgraceful waste of resources and talent.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsLe plot est prévisible, mais il s'agit d'un bon film d'action avec une Viola Davis très badass !
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsThis was one of the worst movies I've seen. The dialog was poorly written and clunky, the story was silly, the characters were more like caricatures. Even by action movie standards, the writing was awful. The "action" sequences weren't enough to redeem it. I struggled to make it to the end.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsJust watched this with my daughter after Mother’s Day Brunch and this movie was Amazing! Gotta be those hating on what could have been a black female presidency. Yeah it was a little predictable but the cast and acting was solid and there was action throughout. Definitely recommend!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFrom the very first scene, I was hooked. The storyline was fast-paced and filled with suspense, twists, and just the right amount of emotional depth. It struck a great balance between action and drama, making every moment feel important. What really stood out was the casting—each actor felt perfectly chosen for their role, and the chemistry between the characters made the high-stakes plot even more compelling. You could feel the tension in every scene, and the performances only amplified it. I also appreciated how relevant and thought-provoking the plot was, especially given today’s global climate. G20 isn’t just entertaining—it makes you think. I’d absolutely watch it again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys smart, intense thrillers.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDont believe the negative reviews. The casting was perfect, and the storyline kept me hooked from beginning to end. It was intense, smart, and incredibly well-acted. I’d definitely watch it again.
