Get Out

Everyone’s calling it a masterpiece — I was checking my watch. I get it, not everyone is going to connect with this film, and I know the core idea is brilliant. But the execution? Completely predictable from start to finish. The moment we meet the parents, it’s obvious who’s playing what role in the story, and from there… nothing surprises.

Greatest movie to ever watch

A masterpiece. No notes.

I think the idea and atmosphere are great, but just not my style. The mix of comedy and horror was just not working for me. Great acting tho! Overall definitely worth a watch, but a little overrated in my opinion!

I've seen that scene before, where the party gets quiet when the black guy left the room... it was a 1950s/60s/or 70s short film... I will find it one day, but yeah.. i def. seen it years before Get Out was made! Can my movie buffs help me with this one?

Another great movie by Jorden Peele!

I hate horror, but I loved this film. The film was original and made you think without being over the top complex (cough Memento). You can absolutely appreciate this film even if you are a big scary cat like me.
