God Tussi Great Ho

Some good learnings but overall an average movie that most moviegoers are unlikely to relate to or like.

I would like to humbly disagree with all the non-5-star reviews, as this movie deserves nothing less. God Tussi something something, is original and barely takes anything from Bruce Almighty. For example, God himself does not show up until the second half of the movie and by then, we get to see the amazing acting of Salman Khan who carries the movie on his broad shoulders. Despite his millions in real life, he easily plays a humble TV reporter who complains, believably so, about his bad luck in life. If I were to analyse the genius of this movie, I would say the true message was clear all along. That message of course is that Salman himself was God right from the beginning. We as the audience just did not see or understand this. I have seen this movie once and discovered this well-hidden and subtle truth, perhaps of which is also the case in real life. I plan to systematically understand this movie by watching it a few more times from beginning to end to ensure I have not missed the millions of hidden messages and Easter Eggs scattered throughout the movie. In fact, now that I think about it, Marvel must have stolen the idea of Easter Eggs from this Salman Flick as they released Iron Man right after God Juicy Great Pho. This movie is currently available in an incredible resolution of 480p DVD for 19 euros and 87 cents on amazon Germany, and trust me, its worth every rupee. For the die-hard fans, I recommend buying it twice in case the first DVD breaks.

This 2008 release finally i have watched in 2013, i know im a little late but the review remains. The Bollywood remake of Bruce Almighty isn't as bad as I thought it would be and isn't better or worse than the original. The story is basically the same about a man who complains to God a lot about the bad things that happens in his life and God gives him his powers for a limited time to teach him a lesson. The music was actually a big letdown in this movie. You normally expect Salman movies to have good songs but then apart from "Tujhe Aksa Beach", no song really makes an impact. I just wish the director had put more humor and spent more on the Fx. this movie would have been a joy ride for one and all. impressive part of the movie is the message it gives in the last minutes. That makes you feel good about what you have in life and teaches you to be contented always with whatever you get from your life & "God". So, its not a great movie and gets only average marks. But it is a cute, clean, family movie which can be enjoyed in the festive weekends. It lacks the content of becoming a hit or blockbuster.

You know what's worse than a Salman Khan movie? A Salman Khan and a Sohail Khan movie. Ugh! just seeing those 2 brothers square off was the most excruciating thing ever! What a disappointment! And does Amitabh Bachchan just take on every single role out there?!? Sheesh

this movie sucks, didn't like it at all....... i don't support movies like Bruce Almighty but this was a crap.

Well, it definitely made us smile.
