Good Kids

I truly believe this is the perfect blend of a coming of age movie with raunchy humor. Does a great job of developing characters and at the same time getting some great laughs at some pretty good jokes. I'm gonna be one in the minority that actually believes this is one of the better coming of age romantic comedy movies out there

Honestly I'm surprised but how much I really enjoyed this. I mean Andy was a real hypocritical POS. But the rest of the crew was cool as hell. Especially Lion, he was the **** I really wish I had that kind of friend when I was in school. And Spice had a real good heart, a tremendously good natured cat. Could definitely watch this again.

I picked out this movie because the cast has people I like. They mostly delivered, with Nicholas Braun and Zoey Deutch standing out. However, the plot is generic, it's not all that funny, and the love story is bland.

Frustrating because it is so close to being a good movie and squanders it on lazy sex jokes. Zoey Deutch shows her talent and should become a huge star.

Nothing against the acting but the plot is juvenile, relying on shallow characters and stupidity to connect with the audience. I personally could not get passed the fact that so much of the plot was predicated on full fledged adults sexually pursuing high schoolers, presented as an attempt at humor. Yuck.

The conventional dorky kids turn suddenly cool. It’s been done several times in movies like the Revenge of the Nerds to American Pie. This movie has some similarities to the show Red Oaks if you have seen that. If you looking for light fair in a movie this will hit that spot.

There’s enough charm out of the cast to make this enjoyable. The story is familiar as are the characters. But, any movie with Zoey Deutch is worth my time.

The beginning of American Pie 2.0! Pretty funny and a good ending. Hoping for a sequel!

Teen flicks keep getting morally worse and degradingly cheesy. Good Kids boasts a somewhat acceptable plot-line but ultimately fails to portray it as anything more than a bunch of teens on a sexual rampage making up for being "good" in highschool. I hated every minute of it and wouldn't recommend it.
