Happy Death Day 2U
audience Reviews
, 60% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was absolutely better any funnier than the original and is one of my favorite films of all time.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe textbook example of “not every movie needs a sequel”. This was just a huge rehash of the first one; except it’s drawn out, convoluted and not even scary.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat scary film love Jessica rothe performance
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsAs a comedy, it's not funny; as a detective story, it’s riddled with plot holes; and as a horror movie, it’s just not scary. That said, the cinematography is decent, and at some point, it feels like the director simply gave up. The film tries to make you guess who the killer is, but with all the mistakes and illogical twists, there's no point in even trying to figure it out—just as there’s not much point in watching it either. In summary, it’s better to skip this one, though stumbling upon it accidentally wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAs a sequel, it's amazing, it has suspense, thrill, and builds more on the characters in the first film, with the main actress crushing this roll just as well as she did in the first film, but as it's own film, there's a lot left to be desired, the whole "time machine" part and the whole "Uh oh, I accidentally did it again!" Part was annoying, but it's still a great. If I was a teacher, this would get a solid B+
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsThe sequel to this slasher has very little slasher and the killer has almost no screen time. The movie just spins its wheels the whole time, even though it starts off strong.
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsIt's fine, it just doesn't need to exist.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFans of the original will no doubt leave the theater ready for more after Happy Death Day 2U.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsthe first one is best!
