Nice inspiring moving with accurate cycling references thanks to George Hincapie and Christian Vande Velde. Must see for everyone

The scenic reminiscence is ideally worthwhile, only as secondarily rewarding beneath its character-driven factor that cycles routinely and quite ever effective to find charismatically, optimistically-boosted uplifting resonance. (B+)

Engaging (and yes, predictable) feel good movie that will please amateur cyclists, and those who root for underdogs and at-risk kids.

HARD MILES while not being a spectacular, does what it sets out to be and it does a good job at it. Everything from the performances to the cinematography aren't nothing that would make me send someone to see it immediately but are OK. The director set out to make a feel good film and he achieved it. I do feel they could've gone into each of the boys backstories it's not an issue that takes me out of the film completely.

This is an entertaining and beautiful movie to watch. Matthew Modine and the rest of the cast are great. Go watch it!

Having a background in working with at risk teens and also loving indoor cycling, this movie was great. Not only did it inspire me to try outdoor cycling, but it also made me want to encourage my family, especially those in their teens to watch the movie. Who doesn’t like an inspirational, drama, with some comedic moments?!?

Without giving too much away it is a great story of taking troubled youth on a trip of a lifetime. As a bike tourer myself, I did relate to quite a bit of the movie, but I also view touring as a metaphor for life. Often you have to go when you don't want to. Outside of that a good mix of names I've seen before with some young new talent.

An amazing film based on a true story with such a heart felt storyline .
