great slasher movie tailored to the younger generations. i was impressed and even surprised by the plot twist

Got better as it went along. For a small budget film it hit the mark. I was pleasantly surprised!

It was not the worst movie, but I would not pay to see it again.

Definitely falsely advertised… a summer camp slasher that delivers none of what makes summer camp slashers so good in the first place.. also there was a light amount of gore, and I remember the trailer saying it was a gore fest

Fun, modern twist on the classic camp counselor VS. slasher trope! Had some good kills along with quirky humor. Definitely will be appreciated the most by a younger crowd.

Maybe I’m the 24 year old camp counselor, but I found little to actually laugh about in the movie. There’s something wrong with society with the chasing if social media likes that just make me feel disgusted.

He!l of a Summer takes us back to places like Camp Crystal Lake & the Evil Dead cabin in the best ways. It may be a little more G-rated than those old films we love, but it’s an ok gateway to the more hard core gore feasts for when the younger crowd gets a bit older. I think Jason, Freddy, & Michael have some stiff competition this season.

Extremely hilarious, not scary at all, just a little gore but nothing too crazy. I loved it and I will be watching it again! The entire theater was dying laughing!
