A fascinating documentary revealing Hitler's rise to power in Nazi Germany and the fall of Berlin after Hitler's 12 year regime. It is filmed in color through in-close, rare footage of Hitler's private life and explores the military strength he developed. Very well done and thought provoking documentary

Here I finally grasped the rise and fall of Hitler's Germany in WWII. The entire film is in COLOR, none of that black and white footage we constantly see. Also, none of the battlefield strategy no one can comprehend! This is one HELL of a film about Hitler the man and the Germany that LOVED him, I mean really LOVED him! I know that many of you out there in RT land despise historical based films. I know you cringe at documentaries. I also know you have a brain that yearns to know more about this meglomaniac Adolf Hitler. See it all here and finally UNDERSTAND! Covers the year by year of the rise of Hitler, the year by year buildup to WWII and the year by year highlights of WWII to the very end in the BUNKER. Also has generous footage early in the film of Hitler's so-called LOVE life. What a laugher that was! Even Eva Braun admits she wanted suicide early on in the relationship. (she tried suicide twice) They ALL believed in Adolf, trust me "Documentary using only original colour footage charts the 12 years from Adolf Hitler's rise to power to the fall of Berlin in 1945. Complemented by eyewitness material, tracks the dramatic transformation of Germany into a Nazi state, looks into Hitler's relationship with his lover Eva Braun and replicates pivotal events, including Nazi rallies, the invasion of Poland, Hitler's meeting with Lloyd George, the horrors of Buchenwald concentration camp, Warsaw's Jewish Ghetto, the Battle of Britain and the fall of Berlin." - Written by Adrian Wood, IMDb SEE this glorious COLOR film here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEerqYY8N4U CAST: Brian Cox Narrator Lutz Liebelt Adolf Hitler (voice) That's her, Eva, his "love" Produced by Stewart Binns Music by Chris Elliott Film Editing by Stephen Moore Country: UK Language: English Release Date: 30 April 2005 (UK) Production Co: Granada Television, TWISee more » Runtime: 90 min|60 min --141 min (DVD) Color Aspect Ratio: 1.85 : 1

Yer, watched this last night on tv... I have to admit I am not Hitler's biggest fan, but omg, how awesome is the colour footage in this documentary??? The voiceover was unintentionally funny at times though... Well worth watching...
