Shallow drama that tries impose ethical draw towards anarchy comes up short. Redeeming qualities were good acting and plot that made me want to watch on.

Environmental activism thriller? Right on, sign me up! Unfortunately it's not really thrilling. Kinda dull, actually. Solid performances.

Low budget. Bad acting. All in all. Turned off after 45 mins which is very uncommon for us not to see it through......

A lean thriller, moved forward by a tight plot and high tension. HTBUAP proves that small films can achive the same levels of tension as the big budgets. A welcome surprise.

This taut little thriller delivers excellent performances, wasting very little time on back-story to the main action in the West Texas desert (usually an anecdote for each character or pair of characters). The only reason I did not give it four stars is the amateur soundtrack, a repetitive attempt at high-tension. The main-stream media reviews I read were quick to reassure petro-state defenders that this was not a how-to manual. Ignore them, watch it for yourself.

What is it ok to glorify the destruction of private property? Jobs lost, lives affected, people hurt.
  • Rating: 3 out of 5 stars
Low budget and mediocre acting. It's a major flaw that these environmental terrorists get around in gas powered vehicles while claiming to be saving the planet from fossil fuels! Obvious contradictions and disbelief in the story dampened any suspense.

Neon has been on an unprecedented run as of late and HTBUAP is one of the best they've dropped in the last couple years. In my opinion, it's the most underrated film of 2023!

Bordering on self parody. I would denounce this deranged fantasy as morally reprehensible if it wasn't so tedious and forgettable.

Leftist trash promoting terrorism by morons who couldn't put a coherent thought together if they tried. Of course the "critics" promote it.
