Hunt Her, Kill Her

Greg Swinson and Ryan Thiessen’s cat-and-mouse outing is not only head-bangingly repetitive and unimaginative in its use of the surroundings, but also unremittingly grim.

I don't care to endure the vicious attacks on women in these kind of films.

Hunt Her, Kill Her simply isn’t tight enough to maintain the tension that it seeks to create.

The budget may be low... but the action is well done. Employing gloopy practical effects and putting the many warehouse tools and environmental kills surrounding Karen to good use, Hunt Her, Kill Her is a particularly nasty genre work.

A one-trick film... and it does it pretty well!

The action scenes do a good job of playing out the options offered by the location. The story, on the other hand, feels tacked-on and underdeveloped.

Disappointing, but not dreadful, Hunt Her, Kill Her has great potential, but the overly repetitive narrative makes it stall early on and struggle to succeed.

Might settle for good background noise, but in the annals of this sub-genre, you can do better.

Hunt Her, Kill Her is a low-budget survival horror film that would have been more effective as a more character-driven thriller.

The movie is more about a badass protagonist than it is someone overcoming the odds that it seems to be aiming for, but it still has some good action and clever kills
