This was the first ever film I've watched in a cinema and I paid more attention to the experience than the movie.

"Ice Age: Collision Course" is widely considered a bad movie, with critics pointing to a lack of originality, unfunny jokes, an overstuffed plot, and a feeling that the franchise has run its course, with the animation quality failing to compensate for the weak story and tired character dynamics; even the usually reliable Scrat subplot struggles to provide much amusement in this installment.

I love randomness and I love furries but this film is a complete offence to everyone. It is rather sad that Blue Sky has fallen so low to make a movie that can be compared to Emoji Movie. Ice Age 5 is an unceasing bombardment of out-dated and regurgitated jokes which do not by any chance enhance the plot, which is in itself absolutely lousy. The animation, being as sophisticated and refined as it is, can not compensate for the lack of sense in this mayhem of absurdity.

Surprisingly, I enjoyed this movie a lot more than I initially thought I would. I thought for sure they would massacre what made Ice Age special, but it maintained its charm and its meaning which was the most shocking fact about the movie. With funny as ever moments and a climax that is as epic visually and emotionally as any of the other movies, it was a nice way to shake things up and to bring Buck back into the fray. With Stephanie Beatriz, Nick Offerman, and Maxwell Green as the antagonists, and the all-star cast including the new member of the Mammoth Family, Adam DeVine, there’s plenty of those celebrity cameos and famous voices to go around as always.

Nice and creative way to show how the world was made to its structure today
